Well I've been at my job for just over a week now and I still hate it, but, Im gritting my teeth and getting on with it, Im looking for another job but no success yet. I cant live on 16 hours a week! I want to move out this year and can't do that on 16 hours! :(
My diet last week wasn't fantastic either but because of all the gym time I put in (and zumba classes) I stayed the same weight, this week Im trying a form of what is called a 'starvation diet', although technically Im not starving myself. I found it online (NOT a pro-ana site, let me stress that I do not approve of these websites at all!).
So instead of having 3 meals a day I'll have;
- No breakfast (I haven't eaten breakfast since I was about 15 anyway)
- Low-fat snack for lunch (today I had a shape yoghurt)
- Low-fat meal for tea.
I won't lie, I have been hungry today, especially working around all the pies but I haven't picked at anything, I'll of course be going to the gym. Im going to see how much I have lost at the end of the week but I will be going round Liverpool on Friday and Saturday night (plenty of alcohol/takeways) so I'll update on friday regarding this particular diet. But I have noticed it has been making me tired and a bit grumpy.
